Originally hailing from Ohio, Melissa relocated to Bristol in 1992 when her husband, Jim, accepted the position of Director of Golf at The Virginian Golf Club. With a strong background in real estate, she previously served as a sales executive with the Branigar Organization, honing her expertise at notable locations such as The Galena Territory in Galena, Illinois, and Champion Hills Club in Hendersonville, NC. Melissa's experience with a distinguished land developer like Branigar has equipped her with extensive skills in selling land, golf properties, new construction, multi-family, & residential real estate. Initially settling in Bristol, TN, Melissa and Jim built their home in The Virginian Golf Club and have lived there for 27 years. Since moving to Bristol, Melissa has passionately engaged in various philanthropic endeavors & is dedicated to giving back to the community. She is also the mother of two daughters, Caroline & Gracyn, both proud Virginia Tech graduates.
